THE FOUNDATION OF MY PROGRAMS

01

We set the stage with ground rules of integrity and respect, and build on the spirit of excitement and synergy.

02

We lay the foundation that their are no mistakes in a creative process and to feel free to create without boundaries of right and wrong or good or bad.

03

We move beyond what the mind tells us is impossible to explore the unknown through hands on experience.

04

We anchor with music, mindfulness breath work, and grounding exercises. Then commit to having fun and exploring the full freedom of expression.

Program Highlights: Here we bring the art to your students at your location. They experience a 3-part process using color, emotion and an invitation to trust a process of evolving art. Program Culture: This program offers the freedom to talk, move around, laugh, sing, dance, get messy and feel free.  This cultivates an openness to flow and create without boundaries. When students see their final art images,  they witness the beauty of their our own unique style.
