The prayer behind the painting: I can’t get things to go right for very long and I’m afraid when things are too good the other shoe will drop. Why can’t I remember that all my needs are met and there is no power greater than God? I know why, because I am afraid God is done trying to fix me and that I should stop asking or hoping because I have so many flaws and I am probably unworthy of help or rescue. I have begun to believe that suffering is my payment for all my mistakes, but I know this isn’t true! I know Gods Mercy is bigger than any story I have about myself. Spirit, help me heal my stories around suffering and see the truth of who I am so I can move forward. I am tired of being scared.

I’m terrified to hope because I can’t face the devastation of disappointment if the evidence of God’s rescue isn’t there. I am trying not to be scared when I pray, but I am. Even after I pray, I still feel unsafe, and it shakes my Faith. Please help me find my balance again.

The Message: It is time for faith, there is nothing else! You have all the tools, you know what to do, where to go for strength and how to access your power. Step forth now just as you are, even wrapped in your thin illusions of fear and I will take them as if lifting a veil from your heart. I am done with this crap! I am done! All F’d-up parts of me better get on notice; I am going to embrace my greatness and live my dreams. I am going big, the biggest me you’ve ever seen! I worked too hard to get here, and I am never going back in the box of fear.

The Message: Don’t let these illusions rob you of your trust in God. He and only He can provide the true power you seek. There is no power in the voice of discontent or vibrational violence against your wounded self. Hey, let’s call a psychic, or do some tarot cards to find some clarity, but my soul knows this is only an attempt to take shortcuts to my inner work. I want the quick answer which robs me of the skills needed to find the answer within myself. God something in me is afraid to go in and believes becoming too spiritual will mean more tests, confusion, and suffering. The Message: I appear when the soul and the body are no longer living in differing worlds. We assemble all potentials and align them to their truest expressions of inner light. We are bound by Gods will and when you surrender, we appear. If I am here, you are ready for Joy and moving out the old and inviting the new. His joy grounds us to our true nature. I am embracing my tears as I surrender to Your Love, Grace and Mercy and finally accepting how much You love me. Who is going to buy into any of this if I don’t believe in myself? I feel so imperfect, almost like a fraud, like a party trick because part of me is putting on a performance that I am somewhere that I am not. What if I am making a fool of myself? The prayer behind the painting: Help me see my true beauty. I am so hard on myself, always comparing myself to others or letting echoes of who and what I should be or look like influence me. I am tired of being mean to myself and judging myself, which makes me judge others. Why do I do this? God get these abusive voices of self-doubt out of my head and help me remember the beauty of who you made me to be. There is only one me, and if I don’t love and accept myself no one else can. I seem only to value the Facebook vision of me, the pretty one who is desired by all and successful, but all of me is important, even when I am going through stuff and want to hide my faults; that person is powerful too, because she never gives up. Please release me from seeking others’ approval or looking for acceptance in others opinions and show me how to love all parts of me, even the hurting ones. Please reach for me when I get lost in the fog of my personal growth.

The prayer behind the painting: Help me lift the shield from my heart and see the visible and invisible truth. Break down the barriers over my heart. I know parts of me are hiding from the stories I have made up about myself, pretending they are true. I can see my defense mechanisms stepping forth when I don’t expect it. My insecurity is masking the real me, and at times I don’t feel like my authentic self. Who told me these stories and why am I believing them if they don’t make me happy or feel empowered? I am ready to strip down and surrender my mask and open myself to a new truth. I am ready to step into the places where I have hidden lies about myself and others and bring them into the light of healing.

The Message: We must tell the truth about the places where we hide our true feelings and allow the light to bring new awareness to outworn patterns. You must use every resource to see through the lens of truth to mature the yellow seeds growing from patterns of pain. Bring in as much light as possible to illuminate the room that stands in the hollow of your heart and fill it with prayer and love to express the real truth beyond the echoes of suppressed pain. There is no power greater than God and any truth beyond this is merely a figment of your mind. Be in the power of the pain as it burst to release the truth, for until truth is spoken, pain cannot escape or release its intense hold over you. There can be no performances, the release must be real. Be only in the miracle of the patience of God as he delivers your true healing.

Be present, listen, immerse, and receive what is needed, for truth cannot arrive if you resist the lesson. Use its tools and practices, for once you have experienced the healing, you have the formula. Until you tell the truth of your hidden pain, and what is hurting in your heart, you cannot reach your full potential, for you are not whole. Your new truth will bring the red seeds of prosperity.

The prayer behind the painting: God I think I am scared of money. Scared of who I will become with it and of who others will become if I have it. Can I be a good steward of it? I have chased it for so long that my heart isn’t sure it wants to come to me, yet the more love I have for myself, the more it seems to come to me. I am praying, meditating, and trying to heal my wounds and begging to be made whole, but I am waking in terror and angst about things I can’t control. They consume my thoughts and drain my energy, my fear is making my mind dull, numb, and distracted. Why am I choosing eternal discontent over eternal happiness? God, help me shift out of my limited thinking, I am so tired of the struggle within myself and living in echoes of the past reliving images and conversations long gone. I am just so Frikken tired.

The Message: A new life can’t be built on wounds. In order to feel whole, you must heal the past and traverse the layers of fear preventing your ascension into wholeness. You must announce the power of the Holy Spirit into your being to step forth as your true self. Make room for my arrival and cleanse the heart of pain. Bestir your heart to draw its balance from the equilibrium of truth and expand your container to receive all the good life has in store for you. Allow me to release my power into the cauldron of your life and inform your heart that truth has arrived. You keep telling me what to do and I don’t do it! I keep resisting the medicine, and wonder why things feel so hard! Why am I afraid to pray from my heart? Why ... because, I think I am afraid to go deep in fear it will bring more confusion and suffering, and this keeps me stuck in my fear stories. Help me heal the core of my discontent and get to the space where I know and remember the truth of who I am.

The Message: Amidst the chaos, noise and confusion lies a truth at the center of your inner peace which nothing can disturb. It ripples from the knowing of your divine essence. When empowered, your soul-light creates a presence and a gaze that tells the truth of your knowing; I am centered in the source of my power. I am safe, I am loved, I am guided and protected, and fear is not my directive. The Knowing, is the remembrance that you are exactly where you are meant to be and all is well and you are safe. In this state things make sense inwardly and happenings in the outer world can’t interfere with your inner solitude.

When you connect to this stream of knowing, nothing will disturb your peace or deter you from your path, because your soul knows what it is and fears nothing but disconnection from its source. Show me how to feel grateful when I am scared and the real truth of my blessings. I have been given so much, but my pain convinces me I am without when things don’t line up perfectly to my expectations. I feel guilty and worried that my ingratitude and negative thoughts will bring more bad luck. Please get me out of my head so I can see my many blessings and feel and acknowledge them. I am ashamed of my ingratitude when you have given me so much. Help me remember Creator that I am part of you, He who is the source of all abundance, grace, mercy, and power. Show me how to crave the love of God and to wake at dawn in search of Him and to feel the inner gratitude borne of His love.

The Message: When you see your self as I do, you can witness the eternal love God has for you and the power within you. As a divine gem God has placed at your feet all the riches of this world and the next, but to receive them you must feel worthy of them. Clear your heart of pain to embark on your journey into knowing, believing and receiving, and let your gratitude usher in the divine blessings you so richly deserve and desire. Do not go without thinking only perfection brings bounties and blessings, love yourself just as you are with your flaws of growth and transformation, for they are gifts leading to the next gate. Be grateful for each breath, for if you wake each morning you have a role to play and are meant to be here. Open your eyes to the effulgence of the realm from which you come and know you are being watched over.
